OnFly License Agreement
The terms under which you may install and use OnFly.
Copyright (c) 2026 VolMa. All rights reserved.
1. Permission to use
The copyright holder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use lawfully obtained OnFly binaries for personal, internal business and other commercial purposes. You may make backup copies. Commercial use does not grant permission to resell, sublicense or redistribute OnFly.
2. Ownership and restrictions
OnFly's application code is proprietary. This license does not grant access to its source code or ownership of the software. Except as permitted by Section 3 or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer OnFly, or remove its copyright and license notices. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Third-party components and LGPL rights
Bundled third-party components remain governed by their own licenses, provided in Third-Party Licenses and the accompanying notices. Those licenses prevail over conflicting terms in this license for the components they cover.
You may modify or replace LGPL-covered libraries, recombine or relink OnFly with modified versions of those libraries for your own use, and reverse engineer OnFly to debug those modifications. No restriction in this license limits these rights or other rights granted by the applicable third-party licenses.
Corresponding LGPL source code, including our changes to those components and build materials, is available separately through the download link in Third-Party Licenses and the distribution notices. Library replacement and local signing instructions are provided in LGPL-REPLACEMENT.md. OnFly's proprietary application source code is not included in that archive.
4. Lawful use
You are responsible for obtaining the rights needed to access and play content using OnFly.
5. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnFly is provided "as is", without warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The copyright holder is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use OnFly. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
