Refund Policy

VolMa's refund policy: try the trial first, purchases are final.

Last updated:

Try before you buy

OnFly includes a trial so you can check its functions and its compatibility with your Mac and your files before you buy. You start it yourself with Start Trial in the app. A trial can be started once for each app on each Mac. The app shows its length before you start it, so this page does not state it.

Buy a license only after you have confirmed that the app meets your needs. Guardly is in development and is not for sale.

Purchases are final

All purchases are final. VolMa does not offer voluntary refunds after a purchase, except where the law that applies to you requires one.

A license is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your legal rights

VolMa provides cancellations and refunds only where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

If a refund is due

Write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and include your order details. If the purchase a license was issued for is refunded in full, that license is revoked: the app stops accepting it the next time it checks with the licensing service, or when its offline period ends. A partial refund does not revoke a license.
