Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy a VolMa license.
What you buy
You buy a license for one VolMa app. Each license is a one-time purchase: you pay once, and there is no subscription. Your license guarantees access to updates only within the major version it was issued for.
Payment
The exact amount is shown to you before you confirm the payment. You pay on the payment provider's hosted page (monobank.ua); VolMa does not collect card details.
Your license file
After the payment provider confirms your payment, your license file is sent by email to the purchase email you entered at checkout. You activate it in the app. There is no account to create or sign in to.
One license, one Mac
A license is for one Mac.
Offline use
After activation, the app keeps working offline on an offline grant that it renews in the background whenever it is online. The offline period is set by the licensing service and is 7 days by default.
Privacy
VolMa apps need no account and send no usage telemetry. See the Privacy Policy for what is processed when you buy, activate and get support.
Use of the app
Using the app is governed by its license agreement, for example the OnFly License Agreement.
Refunds
All purchases are final, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise. Try the trial before you buy. See the Refund Policy.
Taxes
The seller is a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine and is not registered for Ukrainian VAT. Ukrainian VAT is not charged. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Governing law
These Terms of Sale and your purchase are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This choice of law does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
