Pricing and licenses

Buy once. No account. No subscription.

Every VolMa app is sold the same way: you pay, your license file arrives by email, and it activates the app on your Mac. That’s all we need from you.

About OnFly

How licensing works

A license file, not an account.

  1. Pay

Choose the app and the number of Macs, then pay securely with monobank.ua.

  2. Get your file

A license file and receipt arrive at your purchase email.

  3. Activate

Open the file or drop it on the app. It activates on this Mac over a secure connection.

  4. Keep working

The app renews its offline grant in the background. Move it in Settings › License when you change Macs.

Manage your license

Where to recover, move and activate your license

VolMa apps manage their licenses through the same built-in interface, so there is no account to sign in to and nothing to type on this page. These screens use OnFly as an example and show where each tool lives in the app.

Do these steps in your VolMa app. The screens below are pictures. Nothing on this page opens an app, asks for your email or changes a license.

Recover your license

Use this when the Mac that holds your license is lost or unavailable, or when the app says the license is active on another device.

  1. Open the app on the Mac where you want to use the license. If it needs a license, it shows License Required or License Active on Another Device.
  2. Choose Recover Access…. On a Mac where the license is already active, the same button is under Settings… › License.
  3. In Recover Access, type your purchase email in Purchase email and choose Send Code. The app answers the same way for every address.
  4. If you receive a code, type it in Recovery code and choose Recover.

The previous Mac can keep working offline until its last signed deadline.

Deactivate this Mac

Release the current activation so the license can be activated on another Mac.

  1. In the app, open Settings… from the app menu (⌘,).
  2. In the License section, choose Deactivate This Device….
  3. In Deactivate This Device?, choose Deactivate. The app confirms the release online.

Deleting the app or its data doesn’t free the license. Deactivate the device first, or recover access with your purchase email.

Activate on a new Mac

Do this once the license is released on the old Mac, or if it was never activated.

  1. Install and open the app on the new Mac.
  2. In the License Required window, choose Import License File… and pick the .volmalicense file from your purchase email.
  3. The app activates the license on this Mac. Settings… › License then shows Licensed.

If the window says License Active on Another Device, deactivate it on the other Mac first, or use Recover Access…, then choose Try Again.

Running a trial? Use Import License File… under Settings… › License.

Billing questions

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed by monobank.ua. Available payment methods are shown on the payment page. VolMa never handles your card details.

Are taxes included?

The seller is a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine and is not registered for Ukrainian VAT. Ukrainian VAT is not charged. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are final, and VolMa does not offer voluntary refunds after a purchase, except where the law that applies to you requires one. That is why OnFly has a trial: use it to check that the app meets your needs before you buy. See the Refund Policy.

Do updates cost extra?

Your license guarantees access to updates only within the major version it was issued for.

What is sent to VolMa when the app activates?

Only what’s needed to check the license and bind it to one Mac. No usage data, file names, recordings or viewing history ever leave your Mac.

Does one purchase cover both OnFly and Guardly?

No — each app has its own license. The way you buy, activate and move them is the same.
